The Jast Company team includes a diverse group of experienced plush toy manufacturing and plush toy design professionals based in China, Hong Kong, and California. The entire toy manufacturing team is dedicated to delivering unparalleled quality and to meeting all of our clients’ important manufacturing needs, down to the last detail.

Our sewing factory team includes college-educated product managers and engineers, working with pattern designers and costing managers to develop custom plush toys and sewn goods incorporating all client specifications. Our sewing factory staff of 1,000 workers use state of the art sample making and manufacturing equipment and follow stringent manufacturing and safety guidelines.

Product managers interface daily with clients, and with the Jast USA office. Our product development coordinator in California interacts with both clients and factory product managers to expedite product development and ensure manufacturing excellence.

The Jast USA team creates proprietary and custom soft toy designs and sewn goods and provides overview support for successful product development completion of major OEM programs and the initiation of new toy manufacturing relationships.
